Protests against police misconduct erupt through Chicago’s downtown on Wednesday after Mayor Rahm Emanuel apologizes to aldermen for the police shooting of Laquan McDonald. The protesters are calling for the resignation of Emanuel, as well as Cook County States Attorney Anita Alvarez.
