We recently helped Coles in Australia build a great list experience leveraging the hiku device, though there are still leaps to be made. In Accenture Technology Labs we’ve been thinking a lot about how we can personalise the shopping experience in many of the ways described here.
Would love to hear more about your thoughts. Many of the challenges we want to tackle revolve around which customers might like substitutions for green vegetables and which customers hate broccoli too much to bare a substitution, even if it is much cheaper. Over time we can likely learn the customer’s sensitivity to these factors.
