Who Wants A Jon Snow Sequel?

Should One Get Made?

We all remember the final season for “Game of Thrones”.

It is not exactly remembered very well. That final season did not live up to the expectations set by previous seasons. Everyone was at least a little disappointed.

The overarching characters/cast really made the whole show special.

We remember the characters over the actual show events.

Overall, “Game of Thrones” is remembered very fondly. The culture enjoyed its experience of watching the entire show season by season. People really love it. Through that course of time though, a few characters rose to become cult favorites.

Jon Snow become a loved character.

He is a fan favorite.

For showrunners to make a “Jon Snow spin-off” makes absolute sense. There’s already been “House of the Dragon”, which scratches that “Game of Thrones” itch, but it isn’t heralded like the original series. So, should “Jon Snow” really get his own show?

Is there an audience for a Jon Snow spin-off?

Would the show be well received by audiences?

I think there are people who would watch it. I am concerned, however, with how well the story would be written. I’d also have apprehensions about it resonating with “Game of Thrones” fans. It would certainly be a toss up.

I don’t think there should be a rush to develop a spin-off.

I personally believe patience may be the key, because I think a “yes or no” answer would ultimately reveal itself. But that’s my two cents.
