Is Tulsi Really Progressive?

Is there a concerted and orchestrated effort to smear Tulsi Gabbard?

What is a smear? To "smear" somebody is to damage somebody’s reputation by saying things
about them that are not true

Did Tulsi make homophobic comments in the past? Yes. This is a documented fact.

Is Tulsi pro-torture? Yes. Tulsi admits it is true in spite of the fact that the FBI states that torture is not effective.

Has Tulsi lectured extensively about extreme Islamists and the need for a continued war on terror? Yes. Could that be construed as Islamaphobic? Perhaps.

It is of note that some of the more concerning issues about Tulsi are completely avoided by the mainstream media.

Tulsi has a history of taking money from war profiteers like Raytheon, Boeing, Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman. She recently stopped accepting corporate campaign contributions.

Tulsi is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR). The Council was founded in 1921 by corporate tycoons to manipulate and influence U.S. foreign relations for the benefit of their profits. They have worked hand in hand with the CIA and the likes of Henry Kissinger and Hillary Clinton. The CFR has pushed an agenda of regime change and imperialism since it’s inception. Tulsi has been an integral part of this organization and its agenda.

In 2015, the CFR published a report calling for the partitioning of Iraq and Syria into three separate states. One each, for Kurds, Sunni and Shia. In that same year just prior to the publishing of this regime changing segregration plan Tulsi was on CNN proselytizing for the plan.

Tulsi often speaks of not arming terrorists. She was very out spoken and critical of Obama for arming ISIS. However, in 2016 Tulsi was calling on the US to arm Kurds in the middle east. Coincidentally, BGR a major lobbying firm for the defense industry was also calling for the arming of Kurds in the middle east. Of course it would benefit the defense industry if we shipped arms to Kurds but it would also result in more deaths in the region blamed on the US. Consequently, it would also result in generating more terrorists and hatred of the US in the region.

So why does the main stream media not criticize Tulsi for pushing her pro-war agenda? Well that takes us back to the CFR and the CIA. Remember how the CFR manipulates and influences US foreign relations hand in hand with the CIA? They also manipulate and influence the mainstream media and public opinion.

In 1975 the Church Commission disclosed to the U.S. Senate that the CIA at that time had over 400 operatives embedded as journalists in the mainstream media. Additionally, the defense industry pours ridiculous amounts of money into advertising with the mainstream media (MSM).

Sounds like a conspiracy theory right? Recently, veteran journalist William Arkin resigned from NBC and MSNBC over this very issue. In his resignation statement Arkins says: "These outlets are captive to the national security state & devoted to Endless War."

Not one MSM outlet ever questioned the existence of weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. Do a web search for "journalist fired over war" and you will find endless articles about journalists who are fired over questioning some war or another. The MSM cries havoc as the US Military Industrial Complex let's loose the hounds of endless war in the name of greed and war profits.

So of course they are not going to criticize Tulsi on her pro-war stances or her involvement with the CFR. That would be against their purpose of being instigators of endless war and agents of the MIC.

Does Tulsi take positions and actions that should concern the American voters? Yes, but they are not the ones you will hear coming from the MSM.

Are people smearing Tulsi? To "smear" somebody is to damage somebody’s reputation by saying things about them that are NOT TRUE. Telling the truth is not a smear.

Truth to Power. Question everything.

Richard Haass is the president of the CFR.

In his lecture, Haass argued that the leaders of the United States should adopt "an imperial foreign policy" to construct and manage an informal American empire (Haass 2000).
