Why Books Are the Ultimate Mentors in Life

Tomas, I agree completely with what you advocate but may I make one little suggestion?

Your reading list is dominated by what I’d call (in broad strokes) Direct Learning Books, I implore you to push out into other genres. I realise there may not be an obvious, immediate result from these but there is still so much value to be found.

There’s a whole world of literature out there to explore and by tying yourself to this narrow area you’re limiting your potential for learning and growth.

Please don’t get me wrong, I also love these sources of Direct Learning (I’m currently reading Gary Vaynerchuk) but I feel that I learned just as much from To Kill A Mockingbird or Andrew Robert’s biography of Napoleon as I did from any piece of Personal Development literature.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on this.
