Given my current work climate, I’ve realized that it’s time for me to update my Resume. Not only have my job responsibilities increased since the last time I brought my resume current, so have my skills and knowledge with Digital Marketing.
Unfortunately, my title and pay have not, but that’s a story for a different post.
As the workplace becomes more and more competitive and recruiters time becomes more and more precious, having a resume that stands out and captures their attention has become more important.
Which leads me to my current problem:
- How do I efficiently and concisely list all of my duties, skills, responsibilities and accomplishments?
- Do I design my resume myself? Do I use some sort of Word template? Do I use Canva?
- How do I get it in front of people?
I realize why I’ve put this task off for so long, there are a lot of questions that need to be answered before even getting started.
I’d love to see some examples of creative resumes, so if you have any, I would appreciate them if you sent them this way.
