I think one of the biggest things I’ve taken away from this is the idea of visualizing the time the team is using in each classification. We all have different classifications that matter to us, our stakeholders and our teams.

Visualizing that classification as a pie chart (or other visualization), and making it transparent for everyone, would be huge for understanding where the focus of a team is vs. the priorities of stakeholders.

Also, forecasted for the quarter vs. reality would be a great reflection point for both a team and stakeholders. I could see this as a great metric as the quarter progresses. Being able to understand where the team is heading in comparison to where it intended to travel is really important. Being able to do that in the context of classifications rather than specific features or releases could be really powerful.
