A while ago (after the election) I realized that I had to get myself spiritually centered first thing in the morning before allowing any bits of news to mess with my head. No email, no FB, no Twitter, no nada but a spiritual focus on the Source and my alignment with it. I have to stick with it until I actually feel peace and assurance that I am steady and solid for the day’s events. Ready to take the shot.
