I completely agree with the Nauru Government. I think that A Current Affair is a show that chooses a victim and destroys their lives and integrity. No one should be allowed to destroy another persons integrity no matter what they do, they put people down and encourage women and children to look bad in some of their shows. They should spend more time helping people as they do sometimes do, and they do that really well. Stop the ugly downgrading of people, no one is perfect, and they should look in their own closet first before they put mud on others. Good on you Nauru. There is no way of any reporter going to Nauru without it causing a problem with people protesting after they leave. The Government has to deal with the problems after the reporter leaves, they give people a false hope by going there, and it is not helping the situation. Irrespective of what people think they are looked after well, we spend millions on doing that as a country. I do not like seeing people in detention, but it is better than living in their country and losing their lives because of persecution.
