Build an Acting Career as a Freelancer

When I got out of college the first thing I thought I needed to do was get a Talent Agent! I really, really thought that was the first step. If I had known then what I know now, I can assure you, I’d be years further in my acting career! Do yourself a favor and get your acting career started where you are, on your own terms, and with your own market and network! By the way, I am now a successful actor right at home. I provide voice over and video spokesperson services and I get up on stage every fall and spring cast in some delicious role. Life is good and I make a living acting in the middle of nowhere!

Here’s How to Do This Thing

There is a lot of work that goes into getting an Agent and all of it is FUN and makes you a successful actor right where you are! This means, you do not have to go all the way to Hollywood, NYC, Chicago, or Atlanta to have an acting career! But, if you do decide you want to go at a later time, there is no better way to go than to already have an Agent when you arrive. And, that can be done if you follow simple steps to get there! I personally went from making no living as an actor to making a solid acting career in my acting business by getting hired every single day!
