Love this, Killian.
I like how you recommend getting the first and small steps out of the way. It makes one already in the process of the new habit — almost as if one has to change their mind to not go to the gym, rather than having to decide to go — if that makes sense.
Also sometimes useful to connect the new habit to a better vision of oneself — increasing self-worth, and self-esteem.
I also take note also of the formal Call to Action.
