Absolutely. This is about looking at the fact that VR is going to be unevenly distributed for a while (a very small number of people will have access to it) as an opportunity instead of a constraint. Instead of trying to focusing on connecting the people who have headsets, we want to go after real connections and friendships and help connect people, regardless of the device. This type of connection will be asymmetric if Person A is in a VR headset and Person B is on a phone when they chat, as Person A will be able to do things that Person B won’t. But if we choose to embrace it and make that a strength, we’ll look for ways to make Person B’s experience magical too.
