Before the next presidential election there needs to be a nation wide serious debate about the US’s flawed voting system. It’s the reason behind the degradation of Ameican politics. It’s simple to fix. Just make it preferential, so that voters can vote 1,2,3… according to their preferences, and where their preferences are passed on if their first choice is elimiated in the count.

This is how most voting systems in the world work. Why not in the supposedly most advanced democracy in the world? This is much more important than whether or not a particular candidate said something stupid. It would mean people could vote for Stein (or any other independent candiate) without risking their vote, by default, going to their least preferred candidate. What an abomination!
