Freedom, in my mind of course, is the ability to have some representation. I understand that there exists some “contract” between the employer and employee. However, setting aside anything dealing with marx, at a basic level I believe it seems logical that under any system which you’re forced, and I say forced purposefully, to spend a majority of your time within, you ought to have some democratic way of being represented within that system.
