Depends on what your focus is, but in general Agile makes this assumption that deadlines are not important. And then teams who do care very much about a deadline try to apply Agile and get it completely wrong, of course. You can’t focus on both knowledge sharing and development speed at the same time. If you need to learn, then you can’t implement it quickly.
