Forget about treating others how you want to be treated.

You hear it all the time. Treat others how you want to be treated.
We often forget, however, that it’s just as important to treat ourselves with care. Why don’t you try treating yourself as you’d like others to treat you?
♥️ Wish yourself a beautiful morning after waking up, just as your partner would.
♥️ Make yourself some delicious blueberry pancakes, something you wouldn’t usually make just for yourself.
♥️ Try your very best to make yourself laugh when you’re sad. Watch comedies, listen to good-mood music.
♥️ Take yourself out on a date, have a picnic in the park and read that book you never have time for.
♥️ Listen to yourself. Listen to your thoughts, meditate and start writing them down.
♥️ Make yourself compliments. Celebrate your wins, be proud of the challenges you’ve overcome.
Don’t expect people around you to do all of this for you, when you don’t even do it for yourself. They’re not there to make you feel loved. Only you are responsible for that.
Take f*cking good care of yourself.
You can be everything you want to yourself.
This is even more important since the only person you can be certain to be around all of your life, is YOU.
