I agree and don’t suggest giving up is the solution. Merely that, in my case, I wasn’t made aware of having violated terms in any way but still wasn’t given the chance to discuss it or find out more by the platform itself — there was no chance to resolve the dispute. I am still working freelance, so “giving up” wasn’t at all what I was saying.
