This month’s topic has resolved around mindfulness and how it can play a part in our healing. When I first tried to start incorporating mindfulness into my life, it seemed ridiculously woo-woo and I couldn’t fathom focusing on anything for more than 5 min.
Yet, I discovered that being mindful doesn’t have to be an all or nothing practice.
One of the most convenient ways to embrace mindfulness is to take advantage of all the little opportunities that present themselves each day.
