Thabks for the advice. I have been using black and white option on lu iphone wich is such a great way to rest your eyes. No color, no bright light and blue lights. Options available in settings, general, accessibility, accessibility shortcut and select colors filters options. Triple click the home button to switch between black ans white and colors.
