Great one. Thanks, Stephen. I’ll look into The Essentials of Finance and Accounting for Nonfinancial Managers. I can also recommend Key Management Ratios by Ciaran Walsh. So well written! It also steps through the basic financial documents (ledger, balance sheet, cashflow statement, P&L), but then dives deep into KPIs that inform management decisions.
