Just an observation from the restaurants in my area; I’m starting to see a number of places where the beer list is longer than the wine list. I find myself staring over that list longer than the wine list; between the Belgian stout with chocolate overtones, or the IPA or the IPL, or the … It’s when I go to a Subway that I’m a real snob … dark sodas goes with dark meat, light sodas goes with light meat and preserved meats call for Dr. Pepper ;-)
