I love the fact that you began to really enjoy the exercise. Our bodies truly do appreciate the act of getting out and doing something! You don’t always need to be in it to lose weight, it can just feel good and thats okay. Even if we can’t see the change going on, even if we don’t lose a single pound, our bodies desire and love the physical exertion. It is so awesome you could find that. Also, congrats on the app! A good idea is a good idea, no matter what.
