Get your governments letters scanned, translated and sorted in your inbox. The first AI and OCR based letter processing engine.
If you are selling with multiple VAT numbers, you know the hassle. Many online seller have a problem to understand letters sent by governments — and trust me, there’s a lot of letters sent.
By processing over 5000 letters we’ve built a simple but smart AI based letter engine that is able to read, understand and translate governmental letters.
Save time and money
You remember how much time you spent with these letters? You received a letter by post or scanned and forwarded by your VAT provider. Then you had to translate the letter manually (as the scanned copy wasn’t readable by google translate) and you or your accountant spent hours to figure out the right reason, banking details and actions to take.
And the best is yet to come: It’s 100% free! (for fbahero users)
Since time is money and it is important to understand and solve this situation as fast as possible fbahero launch this new tool. The Tax letter inbox is a new tool from fbahero that give chance to the customer to get easily understand email and information from authorities, solve them and focus again on their everyday work.
How does it work?
We receive your letters from the local tax authorities. Our accountants scan them and let the magic happen: Our system understands the purpose of the letter, adds the right template, a short summary and details on how to deal with this letter.
After that, we upload this document to our customer account together with some additional information and you will receive an e-mail, showing that there is a new file waiting in your account.
What to do after receiving the e-mail?
After having received the notification mail, just log into your fbahero account. There you will find the notification and, naturally, the file(s)you are looking for. In case there is still some problems or you want us to deal with the matter, you can contact you accountants to organise further actions.
