I don’t agree that “data beats every argument.”

First, that assumes that you have access to all data that is necessary when there is no way you can have access to all important data for how people work together.

Second, being overly ‘data’ focused may help in cases with optimization, but it doesn’t lead to real innovation. You should be prioritizing people and conversations over process and metrics.
