There are endless how-to articles about coding interviews, but this one is still the best. You talk about how to increase inclusion by making code interviews more human and honest for both sides of the table. And by contrast, you’ve shown how the broken recruiting/interviewing system often works like a frat-house elimination to shut out “people who aren’t like us.”

I also appreciate your advice, “See it as a game rather than a reflection of your intrinsic human value.” Good thing to remember when the interviewer already thinks you’re the the wrong age, the wrong color, or the wrong gender.
