Why am I here (at the Linguistics University of Nizhny Novgorod)? And how I entered this university?

Prepare for a long story. Everything has begun in the summer of 2017, since I visited Nizhny Novgorod for the first time, even then I fell in love with this city❤️And exactly then I went to the Linguistics University of Nizhny Novgorod. To be honest, I visited two iniversities. The second was Lobachevsky University. I didn’t remember why but I liked the Linguistics University more. Maybe because of friendly and positive people, surrounding me in this university this day or because of the unforgettable atmosphere inside with numerous enigmatic aisles in which I can get lost till now 🐧🙃All in all, I decided that time will tell. So it happened.

1st October 2017. Me and my classmate arrived on the Open Day of the Linguistics University. After our visit to university we went for a walk on the Pokrovsky Square. There I saw a man who asked me to show my left and right palms. He told me: “You are on the right way”. Then he smiled.

2nd October 2017. I found crumpled sheet of paper in my briefcase. There was information about diplomatic traineeship. I phoned and became a partisipant. I’ll tell you about this trip later.

Winter 2018. I went to the Linguistics University of Nizhny Novgorod to take part in the second tour of the European Linguistics Olympiad. It wasn’t easy. 😨

15 th June 2018. And again my destiny brought me to the Linguistics University. I went there to take part in the second tour of the contest “Want to become a diplomat” 2018. Me and two boys, studing with me now, passed to the final.

5 th July. The final. I had a lot of emotions. I’ll write about the contest later. In short, I didn’t win and I wasn’t upset. After the contest I went to the Linguistics University to submit my documents. But I made a mistake. I submitted copies. Not originals. That’s why I went to submit documents for the second time 10 days after the 5th of July.

And I want to say thank you to one woman, who warned me against another mistake. But it’ll be discharge for you) 🔐

1st August 2018. I was sitting at the admissions office. It was hard morally. The third. The forth. The fifth. The sixth. And I don’t pass on the budget. I went to the railway station with awfull mood. Suddenly my Mother phoned me, she told that I pass on the budget. I was shoked. 😱 I still think that it is wonder. Hence, miracles can happen! And that’s why I’m here today. 🌹
