If you’re having a back-and-forth, and want to end it and aren’t above being passive-aggressive, here’s how you close it:

“Fine, I’ll let you have the last word on this.”

Of course, the irony is that you’re not letting the other person have the last word on this — you’re quite literally having the last word, but if the other person was to point that out, they look petty for not letting the conversation end, and doubly petty for arguing about semantics.
