These NFTs will be airdropped to people who own a Seed Chumbi NFT. This is just one of many exciting benefits of owning an exclusive Seed Chumbi NFT!

NFT Drop Schedule

NFT Drop 1: 22nd February 2022 8pm GMT+8
NFT Drop 2: 15th March 2022 8pm GMT+8
NFT Drop 3: 5th April 2022 8pm GMT+8
NFT Drop 4: 26th April 2022 8pm GMT+8

The NFTs will be airdropped to the Seed Chumbi NFT holders as captured by a snapshot at the above dates/times.

NFT Drop Descriptions

Drop 1: Pod Remnants

The broken remnants of a pod that a Seed Chumbi hatched from. The pod remnants are known to attract butterflies to the area. This item can be placed in your forest home world or Chumbi Village land plot.

SEED RARITY VARIATIONS: YES (x4 KINDS)
UTILITY: NO

Drop 2: Golden Name Tag

Give your Chumbi a cute nickname to show your affection to them. The Name Tag is a two-time use item that enables players to update the name metadata of their Chumbi NFT up to 2 times.

UTILITY: YES

Drop 3: Chumbi Trail

Your Chumbi will be the envy of the forest with a dazzling trail. The Chumbi trail can be equipped to any Chumbi and will add a special glowing effect trailing behind them as they walk.

SEED RARITY VARIATIONS: YES (x4 KINDS)
UTILITY: NO

Drop 4: Nimble Boots

Ahh finally some sturdy boots to wear while exploring the forest! These boots can be equipped to your player and will double your player’s walking speed.

NFT Drop FAQs

Will the NFT drops have in-game utility or will they be purely cosmetic?
Drops 2 & 4 are the only drops that currently have in-game utility planned. The other NFTs will be rare collector’s cosmetic items for now.

Will the NFTs be distributed per pod or by owner?
They will be distributed per Seed Chumbi NFT. If you own 5 Seed Chumbi NFTs, you will receive 5 drops.

Will the Seed Chumbi rarity affect what kind of NFT drop one will receive?
Drop 1 and Drop 3 will be affected by the Seed Chumbi NFT rarity. Rare, Epic, Legendary and Mythic meta tags will affect which NFT is dropped to you.

What’s the total number of airdrops?
There will be 4 airdrops.
Drop 1: 4,096 minted (400 Mythic, 800 Legendary, 1200 Epic, 1696 Rare)
Drop 2: 4,096 minted (4,096 identical NFTs)
Drop 3: 4,096 minted (400 Mythic, 800 Legendary, 1200 Epic, 1696 Rare)
Drop 4: 4,096 minted (4,096 identical NFTs)

Are we allowed to resell the NFT drops and will it be listed in Opensea?
Yes you can sell the NFT drops as soon as you receive them. They will be listed in the Chumbi Valley Founders Collection. View collection here.

What are the requirements to get these NFT drops?
Own a Seed Chumbi NFT at specific dates/times (see schedule above)

How frequent will the NFT airdrops be?
Every 3 weeks starting on the 22nd February 2022.

No additional NFT drops are planned at this stage.
