It really isn’t about quitting I have begun to find out not too long ago. It’s about making a choice. Choosing a life giving thought over a destructive one. Choosing positive over negative, every aware money

And then there’s prayer. I don’t mean the meaningless religious incantation propagated by our local priest, but personal totems we adopt to keep an even keel through the crests and troughs of life.

It’s essential to take a breather now and then and bask in the glow of our accomplishments like Andy has done now, before moving along and living life to the fullest one day at a time.
