如果遇到人生的大難題,藉由透過轉換環境與放空自己,去重新思考問題最原始的本質與去尋找自己內心最真實的聲音,我覺得是非常有效的,但如果遇到只是沮喪或灰心的「小事」呢?

我想其實有時候,最難解決不是人生大事,反而是小小的沮喪、灰心、挫折,你可能當下讓它過了,但當你一旦讓它累積,一直得過且過,有時候會突然一個情況襲來,你會發現它變成最後一根稻草,讓你自己完全失控(不知道大家是否可以理解),但回過頭看,那實際上那不過就是另一件小事罷了。
