Why stop at monthly or annual fees? Pay by the word, or meter usage time.
This will clearly force me to trim down to one editor instead of several I use for various workloads. Have you factored in the number of lost customers that are casual users? Do you have telemetry on usage of the app already? O365 did for years before they made that switch and had great data on impact. Without real telemetry, it’s a guess.
The 25% discount for yearly isn’t enough for me, someone who has it for iPads iPhone and macOS. And all in the last year. Kinda bitter tasting.
