Brain is a powerful organ, but it can also be susceptible to decline over time. There are a number of things you can do to increase your brain power and keep it sharp, even as you age.

3) Get enough sleep

When you don’t get enough sleep, your brain doesn’t have a chance to rest and repair itself. Aim for 7–8 hours of sleep per night. without enough sleep the processing power of your brain decreases, so it is important to get enough sleep

4) Learn new things

Learning new things helps to keep your brain active and engaged. Try learning a new language, taking a class, or reading a challenging book.

5) Solve puzzles and play brain games

Puzzles and brain games can help to improve your memory, attention, and problem-solving skills.The more you spend time in puzzle games the more sharp your brain will be.

6) Stay social

Social interaction can help to reduce stress and improve cognitive function. Make time for friends and family, and get involved in activities that you enjoy.

7) Manage stress

Stress can have a negative impact on your brain health. Find healthy ways to manage stress, such as exercise, relaxation techniques, or spending time in nature.you can also do meditation to reduce stress to your brain
