Mr. William ZHU has founded The Blockchainer & J&C Capital. Also, he is currently Director of China Blockchain Application Center(CBAC).
Mr. Zhu is finance doctoral student, holds Bachelor of law & Master of Marketing. Now he is Executive Secretary General of Emerging Industries Institute (Shanghai), Guest Professor of Zhejiang University, and Expert Lecturer of Shanghai Municipal Tourism Administration.
Previously, he was Chairman of OTC Database (Shanghai) Information Technology Co., Ltd.), General Manager of China UnionPay Smart Big Data and Internet Finance Research Institute, and CEO of CDMC.
