We often dream of things which may appear as complete nonsense but what if beneath that surface, these seemingly random images carry something deeper, something beyond ordinary perception?

The reality is, It’s actually the time of sleep when the mind is capable of the highest achievements, because the subconscious is released from the usual restraints of senses and can operate without limitations of physical reality.

Astral Projection

Humans’ ability to leave the body during dreams was first discovered in ancient Egypt. The Egyptians believed that each person had a part of the soul capable of escaping the physical body during sleep — or even after death. They depicted this part of the soul as a bird with a human head, a vehicle that allowed the soul to travel between the physical and spiritual realms while the body rested.
