The longer I’m in venture capital, the more I’m convinced that the art of VC is about knowing when to seem crazy. I’d wager that the majority of multi-billion dollar companies started with an investment that looked crazy from the outside.
Love the breakdown of different virtuous loops. Seems like companies could have people focused on each of them and structure their operations this way (instead of organizing by product feature). Does anyone know companies that do this? What are some pros/cons?
