Giant Cavern Leaves Karesh in Awe

On November 23rd, 2015, Kareshian explorer AH_Zach discovered what he described as a “jaw-dropping cavern that froze [him] in a state of awe”. The cavern, which is located West of Karesh’s borders, doesn’t appear to belong to any active nations or organizations, however AH_Zach did find old homes and farms at the top of the area.

The cavern itself seems primarily void of any major finds in terms of natural phenomenon (like the giant skeletons), however a series of odd roads did wind around the sunlit openings. Alongside them was a large (albeit empty) nether brick tower going almost to the very top.

AH_Zach is currently unaware of the true size of the cavern, unwilling to venture far into the depths due to the incredible darkness past the opening. It is believed that an older civilization had been meaning to build a grand city within the depths of the site.

Due to the location of this site being a ways away from Karesh’s borders, it will not be claiming or even excavating the site, however AH_Zach does hope to see further research made on the site and it’s previous owners later in the future. He also said that any nation willing to build there would have quite the real-estate for a city.
