The Wells Fargo Paddy Wagon is A-Coming Down The Street
Ester Bloom

There’s one interesting tidbit I heard about yesterday. (Someone more interested in truth and less about pitchforks should do some research about this.) Customers have been suing but because they agreed to binding arbitration for their non-fraudulent accounts, it turns out that judges are holding them to arbitration for the fraudulent accounts too!

My one thing for this week is cancel my Wells Fargo account, but that breaks down into multiple items: cancel direct deposit and cancel multiple automated bills.

A single golf clap? Or a long standing ovation?

By clapping more or less, you can signal to us which stories really stand out.
