Thanks again for ellaborating on your process. I recognize the pain but really do think that it starts with yourself. Meaning that you really should take on the fight with your own vanity. This fight have helped me respect feedback and be open to changes at any given time. Sort of :) Of course it is always hard, but i truly believe that one should be open to any kind of feedback, regarding the tone. Because, as you put it yourself, there is just so few who actually delivers feedback in a positive tone.
