Hey Frank! Totally agree with how questions are often be watered down and diluted to be what the leadership only wants to hear. Love your comment that employees should be the ones to provide the questions for leadership, to help circumvent this. In fact, in Know Your Company, we offer a feature called, “Employee Suggestions” where we actively ask employees automatically to submit questions, because of this. These employee-suggested questions often end up being the most popular and impactful questions asked to the company.
