“Pay them more” is way too subjective. I agree that if your bosses boss is making multiple millions then you may qualify for more money, but if you’re getting stonewalled when asking for a raise — and it’s a legitimate request based on your productivity and contribution to the company — then you need to look for a new job, not beat yourself to death working for an asshole millionaire. “Pay” and “Fairness” rarely correlate.
