In a day, how extensively do we use our communication platforms? If you’re a person that is constantly on the move, these are lifesavers. Whether or not you’re work orientated, these applications are deeply embedded in your lifestyle. The growth of Artificial Intelligence has both negative and positive connotations, because it is still in unprecedented waters. The full comprehension regarding its utility is unknown and the degree of its implementations have not been clearly expressed.

But it’s ok, because it is here to help.

All our applications are built with a purpose. The degree at which it is valued varies but the core values are always delivered. Reminder apps or task manager apps are merely organisers of time. Time management is essential but they only tell you what to do in a given period in time.
With a plethora of applications all focused on providing an “All in One” (AIO) experience, a failure to solve the lack of interconnectivity between applications is apparent.

While our applications are being used together, they are not in unison. The whole idea of having services in place is to augment productivity but with the current setup, it seems counterproductive.
These are just some of the problems we’ve witnessed first hand while building Claire.ai. Building an application that houses other applications is not a solution, it solely augments accessibility to such applications.

But, what if you could access the right set of applications and services through your communication platforms. You’d be able to use your applications in an interconnected manner.

Claire.ai is a collaborative platform that utilises the context from user’s communication platforms to deliver intention-based tasks this augments productivity and efficiency amongst individuals and teams. Claire.ai works towards understanding the work culture of these individuals and teams to better aide them

Let’s put this in a useable scenario:

For example, when a person messages you ‘send me the application file’ and ‘fix the website’ these are messages with intentions that require you to execute a different set of actions.

What we’ve understood from this is that there are different types of tasks, broadly characterised into tasks that are immediate and ongoing. Sending a file is an immediate task, while fixing the website is more continuous process and cannot be done as quickly as sending a file. What Claire.ai does is it focuses on completing these immediate tasks for you so you can focus on completing the continuous tasks.

An example of a continuous task

You’re probably thinking: “Sending out a few files does not take a lot of time, I could do that myself.

You’re absolutely right! However, you’d still have to manually search, extract and send the file out by yourself. We’ve found a quicker solution of completing the same task with as little to no interaction from the user’s side. This works in addition to your existing communication platforms to solve the lack of cohesion amongst your applications. You’d still be using your platforms the same way, but now the information you need will be organised and categorised for easier assimilation and execution. This allows users to complete a set of macro tasks in micro time.

Examples of immediate tasks
