As a developer who likes design and would love to do more of it but also knows she’s not nearly as good at it as the designers she works with, this post speaks to me. Everyone should do what they’re good at, and what they’re interested in, and everyone involved (project managers, designers, developers, stakeholders) should have a basic understanding of how the other people work.

Someday when I get to build my utopia, that’s going to be one of the first things I address.
