This is a beautiful photo essay and interview. Thank you for sharing. I was moved to tears and struck by the way that Cheryl continues to refer to herself as a young girl, which she no longer is. There is both loss and acceptance here, part of the human condition. I truly hope that Cheryl is able to move beyond her addiction.
