“Remember, Ito, to accept the naked truth about Now, to admit that it is an ultimately simple fleeting immediacy with no content, is tough. Mind you, it’s always tough to contemplate the simplest things.

Yes, it’s tough to accept — the truth is in letting things be themselves, i.e., stay simple. Yes, more often than not things are turning to be simpler than they appear at the first glance. (By the same incredible token some minds have difficulties to distinct complexities under the seemingly simple appearances…)

First, try to dig into the simplest of the simplest – a spec of Pure Being – and gently push it down into an abyss of Nothing… wait till it ceases to be… Click then the switch back: wait, how this ‘Phoenix of Pure Being’ is going to recommence from Nothing trough a coming-to-be. Go back and forth this way a number of times, till these two inseparable entities out-smart themselves (and you) in alternating, subsequent vanishings… Till they come to emanate a wondrous Light of the Beginning...

I know, it takes a lot of effort on part of your mind to cling to pure forms and motions like these. It takes a lot of concentration, requires a great deal of resistance to pass up the rashes of impatience … to hold yourself tight to not allow that itching to take over your course… to suppress the urge to start polluting the hard-won results by yet unnecessary, inappropriate determinations.

As you getting more confident, success encourages you — and you feel swell. But yet – you are at the very beginning on a path to mastery. Never forget that, imagine yourself as having just barely gotten familiar with some ardently strenuous exercise routine, See how it’s far from over, how it’s far from the coveted prize at the end — the body of goddess.

Only hereto the goal is to reach the extreme dexterity of mind. Anyway, you have to start by doing small, simple, repetitive, meticulously precise movements…

Silently Vanishing into the Void…
