4 Supplies You Need To Efficiently Work Your Amazon FBA Business

Tools make our lives easier — this does not only go for our personal lives, but even more so for our business. I have compiled a list of items you should have in your home/office if you are planning to start a Amazon FBA business.

What is Amazon FBA anyway?

FBA stands for “Fulfillment By Amazon”, and practically means that you find products for a discount, send them to Amazon, who in return stores the items for you, and sends them to the individual customers. It is a vialable alternative to drop shipping or holding your own inventory.

Here are some tools that will make your life as an Amazon FBA seller a little easier:

1. Hairdryer

Trust me on this one — if you are selling items that have pesty discount stickers on them, or other markings, a hairdryer can become your best friend to remove them fast.

2. Scale

In order to configure your shipping costs, you will need a kitchen or postage scale, depending on what size of items you are planning on selling. Make sure these are digital scales, as they are more correct, and often have a setting that adjust from US weight measurements to European weight measurements.

3. A high-quality printer

You need to create high-quality labels that are easy to read, and a good printer will do that job for you. Luckily, these are not expensive anymore, the printers I have used where usually between 50 and 75 US Dollars on average, and work just fine.

4. A smart phone.

Amazon has a great Amazon Seller app, that will assist you in scanning products. It is free, but you will need a smart phone for that.
