I’m looking for the activities you mentioned and I can’t find the first one «the shoe tower».

Hi Marta

As mentioned I will in future posts try to cover “my favorites” which I have listed in the post.

The Shoe Tower though is quite easy to explain. So I can try todo it in a short version here :-)

Divide the participants in 2–3 groups. Tell them that the assignment is to build the tallest tower possible by using the shoes from the members of their group. Give them 2–3 minutes to build their towers. Measure the towers and call a winner.

Quite simple, but really fun.

On a side note, this is best if your retrospective is earlier in the day ;-)
