And in some cases, the switch is against “doing nothing”, which creates an interesting set of challenges — enlightening them to a need *and* getting them to switch to a way of resolving it.

I’d be curious to hear from Jason Fried what percentage of their customers identify Basecamp as the first project management tool they ever used. I know it was the first one I used when I took the leap into my first startup about a decade ago.
