C. McK, you still there? Your last post in the comments section, on my computer screen anyway, is from last January. I’m a Frontier customer way out in the country (a foreign country — -Burney, CA) and pay for 20 Mb download speeds and have multiple failures/day with speeds at less than 1 Mb. They’ve admitted the area has deficient service, and thus I’m thinking a class action suit makes sense. Any thoughts? Guidance? Suggestions on what firms might be interested?
