NSW is winning over my heart.

Evidently I’m in the honeymoon stage right now. I arrived in Sydney 3 days ago and I feel so enamored with this city . There’s something about leaving everything familiar behind and moving to a completely new place that is absolutely revitalizing. Culturally, Australia isn’t crazy different from the US however there have been some interesting quirks I’ve picked up on.

1- The closest thing to an American style coffee is called a “long black” … suggestive

2- 65° and partly cloudy will bring out North Face jackets.

3- Bus drivers are actually happy to help you. Go figure.

4- Even though all they talk about is drinking and pubs, Australians don’t seem to rip 5 shots in 20 mins… probably for the better.
