Air Pollution Awareness Campaign

Environmental Sustainability is the act of ensuring that natural resources meant for the future generations are not depleted in the now. Air Pollution is currently a big issue that kicks against this concept.

Glow Initiative for Economic Empowerment has partnered with Climate Smart Nigeria to launch the AIR POLLUTION AWARENESS CAMPAIGN (APAC) supported by Access Bank.

The goal is to promote the education of Air Pollution, it’s impact and the role of Everyone to more than 1 million Nigerians. This action will see to an increase in environmental literacy and consequently aid #ClimateAction.

This campaign begins on the 1st July — 14th July.

Highlights!

1. One week Social media Literacy Campaign (1st — 7th July) which will share facts about air pollution such as causes, global trends, health impacts and how you can help.
2. Video Documentary showcasing Young Peoples stories of impact against air pollution (Video release on 9th July).
3. One day capacity building and symposium to groom Anti-Air Pollution Ambadsadors. (12th July)
4. Games and Trivia with prizes to be won (12th July).
